12 night cruise is the ultimate Kimberley experience, incorporating most of the highlights of the 7 day cruise plus the magnificent King George River & Falls and the Berkeley River. This cruise travels at a leisurely pace between Broome and Darwin and enables guests to truly unwind and appreciate the Kimberley coast and rivers.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I suffer from sea sickness?
Only a very short period of the cruise is at sea. The conditions in the Kimberley during our cruise season is mainly fine. However, we advise you to bring your favourite travel sickness remedy if you feel the need.
What level of fitness is required for the cruise excursions?
A medium fitness level will allow you to be included in most excursions. Some excursions do involve a steep climb but we will advise beforehand what to expect and you may judge for yourself if you are capable of the particular excursion.
What if I have a food allergy?
Please ensure you include the details on the booking form if you have an allergy or any other medical condition we should know about.
What will the weather be like?
The Kimberley region generally has two seasons, a dry season (April to September), and a wet season (October to March). During the cruise season temperatures can range between 14°C to 35°C.
Is my cabin serviced daily?
Cabins are not serviced. They are yours to look after for the duration of the cruise. We are happy to wash your linen as requested, at any time.
Is there a laundry on board?
There is a limited laundry facility available.
Am I allowed to wear shoes onboard?
Shoes are not normally worn on board, however, you may wear soft soled shoes.
Is there a phone on board I can use?
Lady M is equipped with a satellite phone which is restricted to urgent or important calls. Mobile phone service is unavailable for most of the cruise – which truly lets you escape from it all !
Can I bring my own fishing gear and tackle?
Yes, you can bring your favourite tackle or use the fishing gear provided.
Can I charge my camera batteries on board?
Yes, there is a power point available for this in every cabin.
Is smoking allowed on board?
Yes, but is permitted on the bow only, but not within range of any non-smoking passengers.
What do I need to bring?
- Light casual clothing, including a warm top for any cool evenings.
- Swimwear and a long sleeve shirt suitable for dinghy travel and shore excursions.
- Hat, sunglasses (suggest to bring spares).
- Walking shoes/sneakers with good grip suitable for climbing over rocks etc.
- Reef shoes/sandals for beach excursions.
- Personal water bottle.
- Backpack (1 per couple) suitable for carrying camera, water bottles & snack for shore excursions.
- Personal toiletries including shampoo/conditioner (soap provided).
- Sunscreen and insect repellent are provided so are only required if you prefer a particular brand.
