Airport and accommodation transfers are included on the first and last day of the holiday package at designated times. No refund will be given for unused transfers. Passengers who miss the pre-booked transfers must make their own way to/from the hotel at their own expense. For the Iconic Kimberley voyage on the last day we have included the private helicopter transfer over Donkin Falls and the renowned Mitchell Falls. Experience Mitchell Plateau’s remoteness before a private charter flight back to Broome.

Yes all land excursions are included and you will be guided by the yacht crew. Please refer to itineraries on each voyage to see the inclusions. Mid-voyage should a guest wish to partake in extra options such as a helicopter flight they may do so with the assistance of the yacht crew and pay at the time of booking.

The rates displayed on our website are per person, on the basis of a double occupancy. Should a guest wish sole occupancy in a stateroom = 2 times the per person rate applies.

All voyage require a minimum number of two cabin bookings in order to be viable to operate and to ensure a pleasant group atmosphere. In the event adequate numbers cannot be achieved for your Voyage dates, it may be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and offer the nearest possible alternative date. If our proposed alternative date does not suit your plans, we will offer a full refund of the monies paid in advance. We always recommend Travel Insurance and that all ancillary travel reservations have free cancellations.

Yes, the yacht’s chef provide the ultimate in 5 star cuisine and can prepare to cater for your dietary requirements with advance notice.

Yes all yacht’s chef do their best to cater for most if not all dietary restrictions with advance notice. You will be sent a Questionnaire prior to your voyage to confirm any dietary requirements.

No, sorry as each YOTSPACE voyage follows a specific itinerary to satisfy the guests that booked that voyage, based on that itinerary. Any changes to the itinerary are up to the yacht Captains discretion and those changes may be based on a weather or other operational procedures for guest safety.

Yes there is. We have two forward and two aft cabins options on a cabin by cabin basis with a min/maximum of two persons, per cabin only. Single voyagers cover the cost of a cabin as if two persons were to occupy that cabin. All requested cabin options are confirmed on receipt of payment on a first come, first paid basis.

Most yachts have stabilisers either at anchor or underway so that any possible seasickness is limited. Being a catamaran the yacht is more stable. If you feel you are likely to suffer from seasickness we suggest you visit your Dr prior to travel for any medication they can recommend.

Passenger luggage is to be limited to one small/medium soft bag weighing no more than 16kg (35lb approx) and with dimensions of no more than 66cmlength x 35cm width x 32cm height. Cameras, make-up bags etc should be carried separately. Should you have excess luggage, it is your responsibility to organise for this to be forwarded to your final destination. Helicopter Transfers have a maximum of 10kg for luggage – applicable on Iconic Kimberley Cruise.

For safety at sea there is generally a no smoking policy on yachts. Most yachts do not allow smoking on board unless cleared with the Captain.

A good level of fitness and health is required to participate on Eclipse Voyage’s.In some destinations there are extensive sightseeing excursions by foot which includes walking on uneven and sometimes unstable surfaces. Mobility is needed for boarding of both our main vessel and the adventure tenders. It is your responsibility to advise Eclipse of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect the normal conduct of a voyage and the enjoyment of other passengers. A Health, Fitness & Mobility Questionnaire will be provided and requested to be completed at the time of booking if you advise of any health, fitness or mobility issues. Eclipse is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of enjoyment which could have been reasonably prevented had we been made aware of a pre-existing condition and been provided an opportunity to review it. We will not be responsible for any costs associated with cancellation penalties or the return of passengers from a tour, and a refund for lost touring cannot be claimed.

As has been tradition, if you wished to partake in a yacht holiday you were required to book the yacht on a sole charter basis and then add in GST and a provisioning allowance of up to 30% on to the top of the said charter rate making the cost quite high for an individual. YOTSPACE charters these yachts on a specially negotiated no more to pay basis and then allows individuals or groups of friends to share the cost of that yacht holiday with no surprise costs at the end of the voyage.
