The northwestern corner of Australia, the Kimberley is one the world’s last wild frontiers, containing everything from rugged mountain peaks to wide stretching savannah plains and everything in between. A region bifurcated by the wet and dry seasons on monsoon, the Kimberley is home to natural phenomena unlike anywhere else in the world. Horizontal waterfalls, pockets of rainforest, pools of freshwater, chasms and canyons carved into vibrant red rock, and so much more to be discovered, all within a land area roughly 3 times that of England.
The natural inlets and bays of this region are home to countless species of wildlife and some the clearest waters to be seen anywhere in the world. You’ll experience islands home to thousands of birds, waterfalls that reach dizzying heights, coral reefs full of sharks and dugongs, and rivers rich with crocodiles. Whether you embark on one of our Zodiacs or wish to witness this vast coastline from the comfort of your balcony, you’ll encounter new sites and glorious vistas at every turn.

Swift Bay, Australia
Home to numerous examples of Wandjina cave art, Swift Bay is a true explorer’s dream. A rugged, flat landscape, home to caves and gullies, with glorious potential and Aboriginal history. Witness the uninhabited wonder of this untouched natural coastline, enjoying the local vegetation and witness the coastal birds soaring overhead, calling this place home.
King George River, Western Australia, Australia
The rugged coastline and waterfalls of the Kimberley are on full display as we sail to the King George River, home to the King George Falls. This channel of red rock cliffs with verdant tops of vegetation are quintessential Kimberley, becoming the backdrop to lifelong memories. You’ll want your cameras for this one.
Hunter River, Western Australia, Australia
Home to the Hunter Falls and the Donkin Falls, both of which plummet for over 250 feet, are found tucked away between more stunning cliffsides, and fjords unlike anywhere else in the world. The countless islands you’ll pass along the way are natural resting points for marine birds and animals of all kinds. Be sure to keep an eye out for the local legendary crocodiles, considering the Hunter River has one of the largest populations of Saltwater Crocodiles found anywhere.
Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia
A rich cosmopolitan city, with history steeped in local culture and aviation prowess, Darwin acts as a gateway to some truly incredible national parks and gorges, as well as a diverse and rich culinary scene. Indulge in the Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, which is home to dozens of unique food stalls, specializing in international and local fare.

It carries two custom-built submarines, 24 Zodiacs, kayaks, and a 24-person expert expedition team whose role is to engage and immerse all guest into the destination throughout each voyage.

The Colonnade
Our more casual, indoor/outdoor alternative, features an open kitchen, lavish buffets or table service for breakfasts and lunch, and serves regionally themed, bistro-style dinners with table service nightly. At The Colonnade, special theme nights feature Chef Keller-influenced dinners that pay homage to his American childhood. His interpretations of classic comfort dishes, such as Clam Bake and BBQ Ribs will be served family-style on platters to complement the essence of sharing in a relaxed spirit of fun and togetherness. *Chef Thomas Keller influenced menu served family-style in The Colonnade are available for reservations once onboard.
The Restaurant
Before Seabourn, open-seating dining on a cruise ship was unheard of. Come when you like, with whom you please, and be seated as you wish. The room is beautiful, the cuisine is exquisite, and the service is simultaneously flawless, friendly and fun.
The Grill By Thomas Keller
The Grill by Thomas Keller is a unique culinary concept for Chef Keller, exclusive to Seabourn. Guests setting foot inside the elegant dining room will be treated to table-side preparations of Caesar salad and ice cream sundaes as well as a range of other steakhouse favorites like Lobster Thermidor and creamed spinach, presented à la carte. The timeless menu will draw on the freshest products from artisan purveyors. A cocktail program and wine list of domestic and old-world labels complement the menu. For Booked Guests: Dining reservations for The Grill by Thomas Keller can be requested online prior to sailing, subject to availability. Online reservations close 15 days prior to sailing. Due to high demand, online reservations are recommended, however, reservations can also be made on board. One reservation permitted per voyage.

The Discovery Center, which is adjacent to the Expedition Lounge on Deck 4, acts as the teaching & academic center for natural history and cultural programming in an environment spacious enough to accommodate all guests at one time. The world-class 26-person expedition team of wilderness experts, scientists, historians and naturalists will deliver rich, insightful lectures and discussions on a broad array of topics related to the region where guests are sailing. Inspired by the compelling landscape of some of the expedition destinations, the Discovery Center incorporates the organic shapes of topography maps against the elegant curves of the plush custom seating.
Audio-visual experiences will come to life through high-definition screens 2.5 meters high by 10 meters wide, showing a variety of programming to create a captivating experience that whets the appetite and creates excitement for each destination. Footage from submarine voyages will also be shown, providing an enticing look at the undersea world and the marine life that calls it home.
Pool
Offering the perfect setting for a sunny afternoon, the swimming pool is surrounded by an expansive sundeck with chaise lounges, shaded seating, two large whirlpool spas, and is within steps of the Patio Grill. Sun loungers and cabanas are arrayed in a mix of sun and shade. A stage provides occasional live music for dancing.
Fitness Center
Our Fitness Center features high performance Technogym equipment for cardio and strength training. We also offer a series of complimentary classes including yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Or, if personal attention is preferred, our personal trainers will design a nutrition and exercise plan that will help you achieve results. Based on your body’s particular needs, this personalized session will expose you to the wellness program that works best with your body. The Expedition Lounge, located on Deck 4, is the heart of the ship. Custom furniture designed in a variety of warm, natural materials creates an inviting, tactile atmosphere. An ode to the adventurous, the Expedition Lounge features an etched glass partition displaying a vintage map of Antarctica and vitrines showcasing intricate tools and devices of the trade. Two large touchscreens will also display a wealth of information including photos, navigational charts, weather charts, and maps.
The Club
The liveliest lounge on board is the scene of daily afternoon tea service. It is a popular spot for pre-dinner drinks and dancing to live music. After dinner, the dancing music continues, and later a DJ spins dance music until late at night. Another terrace of open deck aft of The Club boasts a plunge pool and two small whirlpool spas.
Observation Bar
A graceful curved wall of floor-to-ceiling windows allows panoramic ocean views and floods the cosmopolitan décor of the Observation Bar with soft natural light. Enjoy a quiet morning coffee, a social afternoon drink, or an evening of live piano music, cocktails, and conversation.
Sky Bar
Overlooking the beautiful Pool Patio, the open-air Sky Bar presents you with a gorgeous setting to take a break from the afternoon sun while enjoying a refreshing tropical beverage, or spend the evening enjoying a few social cocktails under the stars.

Seabourn’s innovative “living room” replaces the conventional reception lobby with a welcoming lounge filled with comfortable sofas, easy chairs and cocktail tables. Outside their enclave, the walls are lined with fiction, nonfiction and reference books, eight computer workstations are available for guests’ use and a tall, gleaming espresso machine attracts guests to a European Konditorei-style coffee bar serving specialty coffees, drinks, sandwiches, pastries and gelati.
