What our clients say

Thanks so much for your help with our trip. Jim and I had the most incredible time-not to mention the fishing hat and photo’s we sent. It only took a day before thinking of you as we realised what you said about our room versus others-that really added to the trip for us. It was so nice knowing how passionate you were and that you were looking out for our interest-including Jim’s fishing-all adding up to it coming together so well. Until our next trip, take care.

Jim & Liz – Toowong, QLD

We got back to Ararat on Sunday night after a wonderful 10 days on the Silver Discoverer. Pam and I agree that it was one of the best holidays we have had – the weather was great, the scenery magnificent and the experience was beyond our expectations. We would recommend Silversea to any one who is considering an adventure cruise and we are also looking at another cruise with them in the future. Thanks for your organization.

Peter & Pam – Victoria

Now we too know why they advertise ‘the best trip we’ve ever done’! Wow- we’re still filled with the Kimberley after our trip though getting back to reality and wanted to thank you and the 1300 Cruise team for all of your help and advice. We really appreciate everything you did in getting us aboard the True North and that we now know without doubt the best result we could have hoped for. We’ll be in touch next time we’re ready to start plans again.

Tom & Margaret – Roseville, NSW

Hi Ross and Heidi, thanks for all of your help in arranging our Kimberley Cruise. It was all we could have hoped for and more. We absolutely loved the trip and will be recommending the experience to many for a long time and will be sure to mention you for a call.

John & Trish – Camberwell, VIC

To the proprietor, Please pass on our most sincere thanks to Ross for the time he took to go through all of the many options in assisting on our recent Kimberley expedition. With hindsight on our side, now understand the importance of the process of our lengthy consultations with Ross and the value we gained by our informed decision. A great job!

Frequently Asked Questions

Shoes are not to be worn onboard the vessel

Shoes are not worn onboard for safety reasons – bare feet are much more ‘sure-footed’ in a small ship environment. This policy also assists with keeping OCEAN DREAM in a show-room condition. Shoes can be worn on all tenders and whilst on excursions. Please notify us if a medical condition exists.

Alcoholic beverages

Ocean Dream has BYO facilities; we do not operate an onboard bar service. You are welcome to organise your own alcohol and arrange delivery to our vessel prior to departure.

Smoking policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the vessels interiors. A small area is available outside where environmental care and respect is essential.

Communications

Television with Foxtel entertainment are available in each cabin. Wireless internet is available in the main saloon area for receiving and checking emails. A satellite telephone is available on board for any urgent telephone calls. Charges apply to all off ship communications.

House keeping

Cabins are serviced daily. General laundry service is provided complimentary on all extended overnight charters. Please use the linen bags provided in your cabin and our hostess will return your clean items once available.
