Cruising by small ship takes you to where larger vessels cannot in this fascinatingly remote region of Western Australia. As you will discover, the Kimberley coast is studded with stunning sights as well as rare Aboriginal rock art. You will journey deep into secluded inlets and access the hidden natural wonders of the Kimberley coast, all without disturbing local wildlife. What is more, the ship’s small size also means that excursions are leisurely, offering ample time to explore and learn about your surroundings, from your ship’s knowledgeable crew.

Featuring just 55 suites, the MS Caledonian Sky is perfectly suited to intimate small group adventures, while personalised attention is assured thanks to our crew of seventy-five. When not off exploring nature’s onshore marvels or cruising on a Zodiac safari, APT guests are treated to an onboard lifestyle that is as relaxing as it is stimulating. It’s easy to get to know your fellow guests in a comfortable, informal atmosphere.

  • Newly Refurbished: Having undergone refurbishment in 2012, the MS Caledonian Sky now boasts a number of extra private balconies, while returning to the sophistication and classic style for which she was justly famous.
  • A Taste of Daily Life: On board the MS Caledonian Sky, the atmosphere is warm and peaceful, akin to that of a fine country club. Elegant public areas, a little music in the main lounge or bar after dinner, and knowledgeable guest speakers all contribute to make your voyage a memorable experience.
  • Sophisticated Public Areas: The Lido deck offers outdoor dining with impressive views. The sun deck provides the perfect place to unwind, whilst the Panorama lounge features a bar and floor-to-ceiling windows to absorb the stunning scenery. At the onboard library, relax with a book or keep in touch via the public computers with complimentary internet access. You’ll even find a small gym and a hairdressing salon.
  • Your Home Away From Home: Your onboard accommodation provides the sophisticated elegance, spacious comfort and state-of-the-art amenities of a first-class hotel. Each suite is individually named, and all are at least 216 square feet – almost twice the size of suites on some big cruise ships. Across four decks, each suite enjoys ocean views, so you’ll never miss a moment of the stunning surrounds. All suites feature elegant ensuites with a shower and/or bathtub and Molton Brown toiletries for that extra touch of luxury. Enjoy the convenience of a mini-fridge, individual climate control and bottled water, as well as a sitting area, flat-screen television, telephone, wardrobe, safe and dressing table.

Castle Deck – Standard Suites

Standard Suites on the Castle Deck measure 22.7 square metres and feature four port holes, an en-suite bathroom with shower and spacious wardrobes.

Caledonian Deck – Superior Suites

Superior Suites on the Caledonian Deck measure 21.6 square metres and feature an en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower (except for suites 329, 330 and 331 which feature only a shower), a spacious wardrobe and large window.

Promenade Deck – Premium Suites

Premium Suites on the Promenade Deck measure 20.2 square metres and feature an en-suite bathroom with shower (cabins 431 & 432 feature a bath tub), spacious wardrobes and a large window.

Bridge Deck – Deluxe Balcony Suites

Suites on the Bridge Deck measure 20 square metres and feature a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower and a private balcony measuring 4.2 square metres.
